The Dawn of Silva
By Olivia Wilde
We are explaining the unexplainable, like, when you meet someone for the first time and you feel like you’ve known them forever . . . or when you visit a place that you’ve never been, but you’ve seen it before, or . . . special talents, like Beethoven’s, psychic phenomena, paranoia’s, or phobias. These words escape Shari’s mouth, as she gives an introduction to what their upcoming movie is about.
They already prepared the script.
They have but one problem: they still do not have the lead character.
Filmmaker Alex Walters is obsessed with finding the allusive Ashlyn to play the role. Shari, in her attempt to satisfy Alex, as she has long kept feelings for him, has investigated and traveled across the country to seek the whereabouts of the mysterious lady.
But more than a physical voyage, their metaphysical adventure takes them on an exploration of the self – Silva, the super subconscious mind in everyone. In their upcoming movie, Silva is represented as a tangible place that people go to for guidance. It is a holding room where people get instructions on their purpose in life.
